London City Airport celebrates 30th anniversary with new vision for €450m development programme

To celebrate its 30th anniversary, London City Airport has released updated CGIs by architects Pascall + Watson, which are illustrative of what the airport will look like after it undergoes the £400 million (€450m) City Airport Development Programme (CADP), due for completion in 2021.

New Faro terminal adapting ‘to a new paradigm of air transportation in the Algarve’

Continued tourism growth in the Algarve is stimulating double-digit traffic increases at Faro Airport, which has seen passenger numbers rise by 16% for the year-to-date. The airport’s new €33 million terminal is designed to accommodate forecast demand and “adapt to a new paradigm of air transportation in the Algarve”, as Alberto Mota Borges, Faro Airport Director, explains to Airport Business.

Cardiff Airport ‘transforming customer experience’ with €4.5m investment
